iBean commenced operation in January 2001 and continues to enjoy working with a number of clients that engaged the company’s services in its first year of business.

The group consists of three directors and a number of qualified accountants, analysts and project managers. Our people possess strong commercial acumen coupled with extensive experience across various industry sectors including insurance, technology, health, government and biotechnology. Working in a team structure enables us to use a 'collective knowledge approach' to rapidly identify and understand a client's requirements and then develop and deliver the best fit solution.

Lynda Beasley

With over 21 years experience in health administration, IT and insurance, Lynda specialises in the management of information and improving the way it is captured, reported and analysed. She provides her clients with a logical, sensible approach to information management and can create tools to report, analyse and improve the processes around this information.

Lynda combines her IT skills with her business experience to develop solutions that suit the needs of her clients. Her particular strength is in implementing simple technology solutions to complex business issues. More recently she has worked on projects to deliver capital forecasting models, reinsurance calculators, data integration and business process improvement systems. Lynda works hard to develop a partnership relationship with her clients and is extremely thorough in all aspects of her work.

Liz Chappell

Liz has extensive finance experience across a number of industries and organisations. This experience ranges from start up “green field” sites through to operations with turnover in excess of $300m. These experiences include process review, creation and implementation, systems integration, project costing, market pricing, product lifecycle analysis, capital evaluation, R&D business planning, budgeting, management reporting and financial modelling.

Liz has operated effectively as a consultant (both internal and external) for 9 years. Her approach is hands-on and grass roots with a focus on tangible outcomes for her clients. She has established a track record of value creation and customer service.

Liz understands the issues and pressures facing growing and complex organisations today.
In addition to her technical skills she excels in problem solving, risk management, negotiation and stakeholder engagement.

Sean Chirio

Sean is an energetic business consultant with over 15 years experience spanning sectors including information technology, biotechnology, insurance and recruitment. He has an impressive track record of developing long term client relationships with organisations, often working directly with the CEO or senior management to deliver solutions to meet operational and strategic goals.

Sean has extensive experience in managing the finance function for a number of organisations (both private and listed), working within the iBean model of providing accounting and commercial support services to clients who have opted to outsource their entire finance function and/or require additional technical expertise. Sean’s experience includes statutory accounts preparation, compliance, management reporting, budgeting, cash flow reporting, scenario analysis and analytical financial modelling.

Since starting iBean, Sean has developed his project management skills and also gained experience as a business analyst on a number of projects. A sample of these projects include: the analysis and interpretation of market information to improve competitive positioning, systems integration including data migration, development and documentation of business processes and the preparation of business cases.

Sean’s range of experience has resulted in a career with a strong technical focus and involvement in the process to effect change in organisations.
